Diagnostic · Sound familiar

You've said most of these out loud in the last quarter.

If your portal is on HubSpot Pro or Enterprise and has been in service for a year or two, you've probably said three or more of these in the last 90 days.

A The portal complaints

Our HubSpot is underutilized.
We're paying for Enterprise and using maybe 30% of it.
Reporting is a spreadsheet exercise.
Sales and marketing both run in HubSpot, but the MQL counts don't match.
Every quarter we patch the model and break something else.
The portal was built for one business unit. We outgrew it.

B The staffing complaints

We've been trying to hire a senior HubSpot dev for six months.
Marketing asks for a campaign landing page. The answer is "next quarter."
The dashboard the CEO asked for in March is still a Google Sheet.
We paid an agency $200/hr and got back a Workflow that broke lead scoring.
Our internal dev is on a CRM migration. Everything else waits.
3 or more landed? You're not behind on HubSpot strategy. You're behind on capacity. That's a different problem and a different solution.
Reframe · Staffing model

You have a staffing-model problem, not a HubSpot strategy problem.

Most mid-market portals are behind because they have a 30-ticket backlog and no one with the seniority to clear it.

What HubCrafted ships

Six categories. Unlimited tasks.

One active task at a time on monthly. Two on annual. Everything we build stays in your HubSpot portal whether you keep the subscription or not.
04 · Workflows & Automation

Routing, lead scoring, lifecycle, ownership — rebuilt the way the platform supports today.

So the 14 active Workflows you have today get audited, cut to the seven that actually work, and rebuilt the way the platform supports today.

01 · Pages

Marketing, pricing, solutions, landing.

So marketing ships campaign pages next week, not next quarter.

02 · Custom Modules

Theme builds, brand tokens, legacy migrations.

So your design system lives inside HubSpot — drag-and-drop, not a static Figma.

03 · Email & Sequences

1:1, nurtures, lifecycle, renewal.

So sales gets the templates and lifecycle nurtures in the same week.

05 · Reports & Dashboards

Pipeline, attribution, forecasting, stack-rank.

So the CEO's dashboard ships in days, not "after Q3 calms down."

06 · Integrations & API

Salesforce, Stripe, Segment, Slack, custom.

Built and maintained — without hiring a HubSpot dev who also writes Python.

In the Focal Method

HubCrafted is the Acquisition tier running the Engineer phase continuously — with a portal-level Discover review on day one and a quarterly Operate review on annual.

Scope fence

What HubCrafted is not.

HubCrafted has a narrow scope on purpose. Here is what it is not, so you do not waste a portal walkthrough.

Not a website rebuild.

HubCrafted ships individual pages and modules. Full-site builds run as an 8–12 week project.

→ /sales-ready-website

Not a Revenue Architecture blueprint.

Architect is the operating-model rewrite — 4–9 months.

→ /method

Not AI agent design.

Breeze agents and AI-orchestrated workflows are a separate engagement.

coming soon

Not a one-time project.

→ /contact

Not a freelancer with a fancy invoice.

Named delivery team. HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner, 12+ certifications across all six Hubs.

→ /about

Not WordPress, Webflow, or Wix work.

We are HubSpot specialists. We refer out for other platforms gracefully.

Common questions

Things operators ask on the walkthrough.

Most of these come up in the first ten minutes of a Portal Walkthrough. We answer them in writing here so the live call can focus on your portal, not on our terms.

Book a Portal Walkthrough
What counts as one task?

One discrete unit of work scoped to ship in a few days: a single landing page, one Workflow, one email template, one custom module, one dashboard, one integration endpoint.

We're explicit on Day 2 when we open the portal: here is your queue, here is what fits as one task, here is what's actually two.

When in doubt, we'll break a chunky request into smaller tasks so you see progress weekly, not monthly.

How is this different from an hourly HubSpot agency?

An hourly agency's product is billable time. The economics push them to add hours to a project, not to ship faster. A Workflow that should take three hours becomes an eight-hour line item.

HubCrafted's product is shipped work. The economics push us to ship the top of the queue and auto-advance. The faster we ship, the more value you get for the same flat fee.

What if I don't have enough work to fill the queue?

You probably do. Most mid-market portals walk in with 10–15 tickets we surface in the Day-1 Discover review.

If you genuinely don't, the monthly tier is the right call: pause or cancel anytime. Don't subscribe to the annual unless you can name 20+ tickets you'd hand us tomorrow.

Who owns the work: you or us?

You. Every page, module, Workflow, sequence, dashboard, and integration we build lives in your HubSpot portal under your account. If you cancel tomorrow, it all stays. Nothing is licensed to us. Nothing is held hostage.

What's the response time look like in practice?

Monthly is a 24-hour business-day response window. Annual is 12-hour. "Response" means a real human on the delivery team, picks up the task, confirms scope, and starts work.

Most tasks land in 1–4 business days from kickoff to ship.

Can we pause the subscription?

Monthly: pause or cancel anytime, no questions asked. Annual: cancel at renewal. We don't lock you into 12 months of unused capacity, and we don't want to be the partner someone forgot to cancel.

Do you work with HubSpot Starter or Pro Marketing only?

HubCrafted is right-sized for HubSpot Pro or Enterprise portals running real revenue across at least two Hubs.

If you're on Starter, the economics don't fit yet — we'll tell you on the walkthrough.

Who actually does the work?

GiantFocal's named delivery team. HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner. 12+ certifications across all six Hubs. Not a rotating bench of offshore contractors. You'll meet your delivery lead on the Day-1 portal kickoff and they stay with your portal for the life of the subscription.

What if my portal is on a custom theme or legacy code?

Common. The Day-1 Discover review covers your theme, modules, Workflow inventory, and any custom code. Annual adds a migration audit so we can plan the legacy-to-modern lift as a sequence of tasks, not a project.

What happens on the Portal Walkthrough?

30 minutes, screen-shared, in your portal. We look at the actual state of your Workflows, lead scoring, properties, templates, and reporting. You leave with a written list of the first 10 things we'd ship in your first 30 days, regardless of fit. If we're the wrong team, we tell you and refer you to the right one.
