HubSpot rarely has downtime. We've never had a website-breaking downtime based on our experience using HubSpot for almost a decade.

There were indeed smaller issues such as theme update installation error, design manager (page editor) not loading, and conversations inbox going offline for some portals. But in most cases, they all get fixed within 24-48 hours. 

And best of all, HubSpot publishes every confirmed incident on its Status page: https://status.hubspot.com/history
